Question Cant do factory reset on MiBand 4

My band just showing watchface, not showing menu up & down because i hide it from app notify and fitness. Accidentally yesterday my phone got factory reset. And i lost all my data, including the auth key for mi band. How do i get the new auth key?. Or any solution to factory reset without apps and menu from mi band? Because it cant connect mi fit or any apps

If your passcode is enabled then try the wrong again and again and you'll get a option to factory reset the band and if it's not enabled then it's too hard to get your band back to normal conditions

Sorry but now it's not possible to do anything with your band but you can go to mi service center and try there
