could this mean that the nfc versions won't reach europe again? the greek official retailer just announced that they will bring the mi band 6 nfc after it's been released for almost a year now.
i don't think so. as
@MagicalUnicorn revealed the collected data from the Zepp applications there is a clear clue that the international NFC variants exists. the infos what i collected just a confirmation for those who not sure about which model they bought/have. and i listed only what i found already. if we ever have an option to manually flash it will be useful too.
the 6 international NFC was delayed and most of us thought it was a rumour even if the revealed codes contained infos about the band. but they released finally at the end of september 2021. then it was available in stores about one month later. the standard version was releases in may 2021. so it's about a half year delay. i bought my NFC variant in october and got it soon, but i bought from aliexpress and not from a local retailer. i think in band 7's case the delay should be lower since they already have agreements with EU banks and the payments should be much more easier since band 7 has now Zepp OS (or some kind of variant, not exactly clear, but it's a linux) and not some kind of closed source RTOS like band 6 has. so it is a good chance that they somehow now release it sooner. but you know... Xiaomi is Xiaomi. they are not so trustworthy. they also told that they are really interested in the EU market, but bunch of stuffs or functions are not available here even if those GDPR/CE compatible. they can promise anything. it's a kind of cheap marketing.
