Same as Official Zepp application, if it can officially be updated without update Firmware yes, else no.

No sorry, it won't be possible for all emoticons, and too much work to do something good that will be pleasant for all.
Else there is option to remove emoticons from notifications, always better than rectangles .

Due to major code changes in latest Official Zepp application updates, the only thing I plan to do is succeed adapt current MOD to be able release new Modified version .

As I said in Post #14, due to major code changes in latest Official Zepp application updates, I have to adapt current MOD, lot of work (and few free time), so I have no idea when will be next MOD update.
