Disable and enable it, it should start. If not maybe its FW bug.

You cannot install older FW. Try flashing newest forced english. That might help.

As @Magical said, try 5-10 scans. IT should work.

Use modified MiFit from GeekDoing, thy with that. And use firmware for your language
