Problem come from file "1984.png" that doesn't exist in your folder. No, with Mi Band 7 it's completely different. You already can access to all Resources pictures from Firmware file by unzipping it, but the real problem will be to succeed install Custom Firmware.

Do you tried reset smartband? You can also try modify Zepp Life application code to send firmware update check request to your own server and force to install Firmware version you want. But not sure it will work, and it will maybe cause an hard brick (smartband dead).
