Isn't possible. Use Modified Mi Fit - All in One to block OTA update, or Notify & Fitness without Mi Fit.

You can change the version of resources, but the firmware will require updating resources. Each firmware has its own resources that are registered in the firmware. But you can’t modify the firmware.

I was actually looking to do this for iOS devices, is there anyway to disable Auto-Updates on iOS ?
