Question Downgrade resource and then firmware?

Hi guys, i have a quick question. I am currenty on V47 and firmware 2.3.0.28. Sadly i can’t have my language version for this firmware. I am wondering if i can downgrade my firmware and then install custom firmware what i want. Looking for your answers. Thank you.

As far as I know, you just have to install the firmware and then flash the corresponding resources.
