for Mi Band 3

What's new:

v23.08.18:

• Updated to the 1.5.0.2 firmware version

v10.08.18:

• Updated to the 1.3.0.8 firmware version

v31.07.18:

• Updated to the 1.3.0.4 firmware version
• Changed font type to BOLD

v10.07.18:

• English Language set as a default in menu
• Date Format changed to DD/MM from MM/DD (both versions available)

Although original FW can display items in English language, it needs your phone default language set to English. Otherwise Mi Band will be in Chinese. That's why you might need this custom firmware where English language is set explicitly.

hello, we already tested it, and full functions same as the official firmware. The format of the date is MM/DD

I get my target of 10000 steps but not received a message on my band. Anyone more like this?

Both date versions do show chinese symbols in the weather screen. Maybe a sideeffect in comination with Mit Fit 3.4.4.1 Beta. I did not test with the Playstore version yet.

Yes, it supports English (if you have English language set on your phone). But I haven't tested Spanish. Can you confirm that?

Still chinese in weather screen in this new version. Dont have phone in english so the new version my fit from store changes my mi band to chinese instead of english. Can i set up somewhere default language for mi band so mi fit would update it to english everytime?

EDIT: downgraded to previous version, switched phone to english and upgraded version via my fit again. Have everything in english now...

As weather depends on Mi Fit app you will need a modified version of it to have weather in your language.

It worked in previous version fw version 1.1.0.14 (everything was in english even when my phone language was different). But thanks for reply ;-)

For this problem, there is one idea can solve it. The problem comes from the Mi fit app itself, not come from the firmware.

If your Mi fit app is 3.4.2 (or 3.4.4.1), you can use GadgetBridge with our customs firmware 1.2.0.8 to flash your band to the language you want.

Then unpair your band with Mi fit app, after that, delete the Mi fit app. Download from here: MI FIT 3.4.1(previous version). Install it and connect your band with the app. Then I think, the "Chinese ???? problem" has been solved.
