1. Install the Notify and Fitness app. I buy Pro so don't know if there's no Free, you see support yourself.

I've tested on my miband 4. It's Ok for English.

No, It will back to chinese each time I sync with Mifit.

only the lastest version (8.9.1) support for miband 4, so you need to update the app

the above will probably work for sometime, until Mi Fit would sync the band back to its default language

It will not change back when you sync again with Mi Fit,unless you disconnected it with Mi Fit and then connect it again,it will automatically switch back to Chinese, but it will automatically switch to English
