This Res doesn't work on 1.0.5.xx ?
Because new firmware sucks, cos we can't install custom watch faces :)

You can install Custom Watchfaces, only Custom Watchfaces with animated wallpaper not work :

Tutorial :
⤳ In Mi Fit Application go in "Profile" -> "Mi Smart Band 4" -> "Band display settings".
⤳ Disable Bluetooth.
⤳ Synchronize one Official Watchface (it will download it and ask you to enable Bluetooth, don't enable it !).
⤳ Open your Files Application and go in "Android" -> "data" -> "com.xiaomi.hm.health" -> "files" -> "watch_skin_local".
⤳ Open the Watchface folder (for me "3twFUMCxR5hTSN2f00GPgszD2xzOfz01MU6QlONk") and replace the .bin file by your Custom Watchface (don't forget to rename it like the Official Watchface .bin file, for me "3twFUMCxR5hTSN2f00GPgszD2xzOfz01MU6QlONk.bin" !).
⤳ Enable Bluetooth.
⤳ Return in Mi Fit Application and synchronize again the Official Watchface.
⤳ Be happy ? !

Oh thanks, what a stupid app :D

so, here's the deal: downloaded Mi Fit from play store, it updated band to 1.0.6.xx
unpaired, install mi fit from this thread, paired Band, installed notify&fitness, but it won't install Res from this thread, even corrupted Band's firmware one time and had to download Mi Fit from Play Store again, cos modified Mi Fit won't reflash firmware :D

What I'm doing wrong ?

P.S It's a Band 4 CN non NFC

Hi I'm constantly getting the error "Connect to MI Fit to update again" after updating the firmware on the band.
When I re-install the original mi-fit app the band updates back to its original version.

Could someone help me please :)

Hi, I'm using this for hebrew notifications, together with Alert Bridge for RTL. Thanks!!

I noticed that on firmware 1.0.7.02 when using Arabic with official resources, hebrew notifications work great "out of the box", without the need for custom utf-8 resources, no RTL issues and without the issues caused by Alert Bridge...

Is it possible to make resources bin with english menu based on Arabic lang?

basically we're getting to the same place (for hebrew support) we were with MB3 - forcing Arabic while displaying menus in English.
I found using the Modified Mi Fit 4.0.10 - for custom MB4 resources | Apps | GeekDoing which forces Polish (at 4.0.9) /Czech language that uses UTF8 characters plus Alert Bridge for fixing the RTL support, over the last few months to be working just fine for me

Hello my friend,

I wanted to ask you if it's possible to replace Arabic strings with English strings for v66 resource

I want to have English menu while I choose Arabic language for mi band

Is it possible to share the ".dat" file ?
I wanna have translations and custom icons at the same time, but there's no decompiler for MB4 resource file and I can't edit the icons of UTF-8 resource

Can you please add Swedish to the latest firmware. I have added it to the online translation file.
