See this -
-Go to play store/ app store and download notify and fitness for mi band.
-open it connect to your mi band 4
-go to the tools section and click on update firmware.
-click on choose file and select the .res file you download and click start............now sit back and let it complete.

Mi Fit updates band but band is still in newest version
Delete Mi Fit and get modded one. ​

There are some problems in this theme whever i get notifications from whatsaap or social.media
Its sgown no notifications and vibrate also
And second i have recieved a ca and livked it up but the vibration dosnt stop
Pls fix both the bugs

Please reboot or factory reset your band. It works.
