Yes Arabic notifications will works (in LTR).

For RTL, you must use GadgetBridge or Notify and Fitness.

Last question bro,
If I enabled RTL support then all letters will be reversed? I am talking about english words between arabic?

EDIT: I tried RTL support in notify and fitness and yes whole text is in reverse mode.
That will not help me ?

Your Mi Band 3 will be in English (LTR), and your notifications in RTL.

I don't know more, try and see .

The problem with weather and the problem with weather informations aren't same.
Install Mi Fit 3.5.2.2 will don't resolve "???" at the place of weather informations.

And there is the "Connect to app" message problem too with Mi Fit 3.5.2.2 for me.
