For flash the firmware, use Notify and Fitness (procedure in the FAQ).

Install the latest Firmware : Firmwares 1.6.0.6 | Mi Band 3 NFC.

Flash the Firmware 1.6.0.6, and if you have "Connect to app for update" message, flash the Resources v46.
