With an Iphone the only solution I know is to set your phone language in English :/.

Have you use GadgetBridge for flash the firmware ? If it's the case just unpair from GadgetBridge an pair with Mi Fit.

Yes, this helped. It seams that english is ok, just wethaer report is not tranlated, it is on chinese

To improve the PT-BR translation, you could change:
- "Prima" to "Pressione"
- "Ecrã" to "Tela"
