Question Gps Trouble

I have for some time had problems with GPS in MI Fit software, when I am riding my bike the trip is reportet in the software very broken, some times it report i drive 1 kilometer in 30 sec and in other it tage 4-5 minutes(its normaly around 2-3 minutes), and when i am finished and look on the map, it have positions all over the place.
Before saying its my phone there are the problem, you shall know that Endomodo works 100% on the same ride.
My phone Moto G5 Plus, my watch MiBand 3.
Any sugestions?
