Question Heart Rate Monitor issue!

Does anyone have the same issue with the Mi Band 3. Mine came right about the box brand new with a faulty heart rate sensor. All it shows is "--x". I flash the firmware to newest version 2.0.0.4, also tried verison 1.6.0.16, I also tried with a different arm, the first 2 measurements after sync with 3.4.6 of mi fit, works but after just the first 2 tries, and then stop working, the green light flash but same --X all the time, any idea??

Uninstall all the software on the phone and install the new MiFit v3.5.4.1 from here Mi Fit 3.5.4.1 (arm-v7a) (Android 4.4+) APK Download by Anhui Huami Information Technology Co.,Ltd. - APKMirror . Pair with the band and wait until MiFit flash the new firmware (2 times: one for .res and one for .FW)

I did as you say, but unfortunately, that doesn't work still having the issue...
