I found the way to use another language for notification while locale of the phone still English.

This method doesn't need modified MiFit application or customized firmware.

Just install "Mi band tools", change the language of application to what you want.

set configuration for message style of notification, enable app notification.

Then disable app notification in MiFit.

Mi Band Tools is paid Application.
Also, it mean you must use two applications for your smartband ^^.

Yes , I set MiFit to be executed once a day for sync , Mi Band Tools is main application for notification .
