Question Menus in music control

The notify for mi band app has a feature called quick reply, which creates a menu in the mi band's music control screen where you can reply to messages. And you can interact with this menu using the skip song, next song and pause buttons. So is it possible to make your own music control menu with features like calculator, contact list, to-do list, games etc. or make your own features? That would be really cool!
