Question Mi Band 3 charging problem

Helo everyone!
I have a new mi band 3 that came with a problem. I left more than 12 hours in the socket (5v 2a charger) and it hasn't charged 1% yet. I can only pair with the smartphone when charging.

Does anyone have a solution ??

I think the problem is due to your charging connector.
Check your charging connector and your charger. Maybe its wire or its USB connector is damaged. Or your charger doesn't charge it correctly. Try using another charger.

I think not. The cable is working properly, I even tested the voltage on a montimeter, it’s normal. And also change chargers.

It stays that way and takes no load.
