Has anyone of you got under 40BPM on your band? I would like to know what are the maximal and minimal bpm values. The maximal is probably around 200-215, but noone will ever surpass this (not mentioning that the band would probably measure it wrong), so we don´t have to be worried about it. But I am a bit worried about the lower border.
I am using Notify & fitness and in the sleep graph, I have steady 40bpm, but I have never got 39 or lower. Has anyone of you?
