Question Mi Band 4 Resources and Watchfaces

I just want to ask if the resource and watchface file is separated? Does that mean we have to edit the file one by one? And how to decompile the resource and watchface?

Multiple times in the file, there's the BM signature, which stands for BMP or bitmap image, but I haven't managed to decompile it yet, the best I got till was this, which is obviously wrong.

how did you parse the file? I tried Amazfit Tool but no luck

I used a hex editor, look at the bytes here, there is a signature of 'BM'

I know, but hex files are not usually so uniform and usually don't have any sort of decipherable message, so this interested me.

I also used hex editor. I tried out all the encoding there and I still can't read the file.
