Discussion Mi Band 5 | Original Firmwares/Resources/Fonts

Hi, I have a question.
Firmware V1.0.2.66 was a beta firmware, ít haven't been stable.
But when I connected my Mi Smart Band 5 to my phone using default Mi fit, it didn't update my Band 5 to the lastest stable firmware ( 1.0.2.64 )
Haven't it been stable ? Thanks

Furthermore, I am curios about that firmware , anyone has it ?

I personally downgraded from Firmware 1.0.2.64 to Firmware 1.0.2.46 due to so bad autonomy and lags with Firmware 1.0.2.64.

With Firmware 1.0.2.64, sometimes more than one second for the screen decide to appear after I tap on it, and 9/11 days autonomy instead of 17/20 days.

mine not in a daily use since i have band 6. but while tested the translation i noticed that sometimes the screen wakes up delayed or slowly. i guess this Dialog CPU is weaker than what the firmware requires by default.

meanwhile i updated and 1.0.2.66 feels noticeable faster on my band 5.

And password like Miband 4 and 6 as well. To me, Mi Smart Band 5 was the best among all the generations ( my personal opinion ) with low price, full anoles 1.1 inches, full sports modes that I need. But I am still sad about the missing of password and icons appear in more ( which has had since Mi band 3, and the maintainences in Miband 4 and 6, why don't they build in Mi band 5.
I feel really annoyed with small fonts , and If I want to activate calendar and Notes ( on the watchface ), I am not able to know the corresponding feature in "more"

Plus, I am thinking about producing some "OS" for the Mi Smart Band 5 similar to "Bip os" for amazfit bip. But sadly that we can't modify firmware
There had been rumors about the thermometer on Mi Smart Band 5, hadn't it ?

it's offtopic but the reason is money. comparing band 5 with 6 most features are only software side features. they have short term goals because of the easy money. it's easy to get more buyers year by year if ppl have an overall good opinion about a product and talking about it with friends and others who may also get interest of this kind of devices. these bands are not bad but Xiaomi make the less effort what they can to get profit. that's the goal and nothing more. and they doing this year by year with another series.

it's on a deadend since it's not the actual hardware and these devices become EOL very soon. band 3 has the longest lifecycle as far as i remember. so every update for 5 is a "gift".

end of life. it's the term for a device/software which does not get any official update and/or support anymore.

The stable version 1.0.2.66 gives back some more battery autonomy and the band 5 is really less slow, finally after waiting for 5 months. How can we see the changelong of each Firmware please ?
