it's bricked, mi band connect to app to update with ver 1.0.4.30

I hope that they are trying to implement a new pairing protocol with the new beta firmwares 1.0.4.20+ and a future version of MiFit. Creating and uploading "bad firmwares" by mistake (or even on purpose) and causing issues to beta testers is not wise for Huami or Xiaomi.

I also had my band "disabled" using a beta firmware and I had to buy a new one. No more betas for me!

Firmware 1.0.4.30 deleted from Mega due to problem of connection lost with Mi Fit after installation.

Sadly, the only possible things to do are:
- Wait for the next Mi Fit version in hope it will solve the problem.
- Use warranty, return the device to get a new one.

Beta is beta... It can brick device...

But I am really curios about the answer for the question: What happened to the firmware ? Why does app avoid this firmware ? Are there any misunderstanding between apps and bands ?
Although it is really hard, but why don't all of us figure out the root , the main reasons for the problems , like a math session altogether ?
Do you guys have the same ideas like me ?

I don't know if this firmware is leaked from the genuine version or if it is a custom from someone.
Most likely it is not compatible with domestic and international devices.
And this is the most compact device possible, it won't have any connections other than the tether and bluetooth so it will be difficult to flash the device again

they are Xiaomi/Huami. there is no place for arguing. different world.

i guess not or not doing comprehensive tests. as a long-term Xiaomi user (phones too) i can tell that they testing on random users mostly while they have beta testing program.

Rest assured that many users have the same problems, so we will find solutions altogether .
For now, after discussing, the only method is waiting for new mifit or using warranty to return device
