Dear, is it possible to make a mod without checking the region?
If click Mi band model - Cards - Mi pay, i got the message from tag "nfc_oversea_help":
"Sorry, you are currently unable to use this service because the account you are currently logged in to is registered overseas. Please try again after logging in with an account that is registered in China."
Is it possible to deactivate this tag or other region lock?
Maybe app checks the SKU, because
Model: XMSH16HM SKU: BHR4956CN - CN NFC
Model: XMSH16HM SKU: BHR4954GL - global with NFC

I have the same problem as you: i'm italian and NFC payments have been unlocked since oct. 2021, but I do not received any update and now I know why.
It is possible to Force the app to read my band as an italian one? I thoight i had to simply flash the global firmware, buy i read here that it's not possibile.
Have you managed to solve this problem?
