Nothing to do, just open the app and your Redmi Band will be in English.

Last version available here (Mi Wear 1.1.17i - EN). Read posts in thread, there is link to 1.1.50 too ^^.

1.1.44 and 1.1.50 are CN versions, 1.1.17i is Play Store version. To have Redmi band displayed with Play Store version you have to set Region to China.
