I'm not seeing any way to design your own watch face with this app. It could do with some sort of guide. Maybe there is one in Chinese that could be translated for international use? I'd have thought that if designs could be made with this app people would have shared their designs with the community by now.

Use mobile browser, or resize browser similar to phone screen size. It's responsive problem
