Question My Mi Band 3 stuck on pair with phone

My Mi Band 3 stuck on pair with phone message, I tried to pair it with Mi Fi but I always got error can’t connect try to reset it
I paired it with Mi HR but I can’t re flush or update the firmware, each time after making 100% message appears can’t update and back to the message pair with phone
Please help !

Try using GadgetBridge to pair. Then, in the GadgetBridge settings, adjust the display of the screens so that a factory reset can be performed on the bracelet.

GadgetBridge has full feature support for Mi Band 3. When Mi Band 3 is in an unexpected state, it can always be paired via Bluetooth. Only the unexpected state of the phone or the Bluetooth settings, which can be gradually resolved, prevent pairing.

i tried two different android phones, Both phones the Mi Band 3 connected through Bluetooth but the GadgetBridge application can't see the Mi Band 3, It keeps searching with no use

We need you read the note in GadgetBridge that appears when searching for devices. GadgetBridge will not find devices that are already paired and so on, see. given note in GadgetBridge.

I successfully connect the band 3 with Gadgetbridge and make factory reset
The band 3 restarts and again got connect to app to update
Please advise

In the GadgetBridge, use the "gear" icon to display all bracelet screens. Is the bracelet still showing "connect to app to update"? If so, you may have the wrong versions of Firmware and Resources.
Upload the original Firmware and Resources using GadgetBridge:
Firmware: Original Firmwares
Resources: Resources

I connected the Band 3 to anther phone and install Mi Fit, then connect the band through it
The band request a resource update
Then I press ok after updating the resources
The band finally back a live ?

This means that you had the wrong version of Resources.

Before I follow your advise through Gadgetbridge the band always refused to connect through Mi Fit
But after I make factory reset through Gadgetbridge it is successfully connected and request the resources update
