what is the resources v44 please explain me how do install resources and install before firmware or after firmware

Flash the Firmware and after the Resources file (procedure and information in FAQ).

Resources file contain the pictures and animations of the Mi band 3. Firmware contain translations. In reality is more complicated, if just for you have a global idea.

I had did this everything’s ok but now have one problem Bluetooth icon was hide and device is not connected with mi fit and not able to discover in my me fit please tell me what is soultion

You used GadgetBridge ? Have you try the different procedures in the FAQ ?

What version of Mi Fit you use ?
Also, have you the Mi Band 3 with or without NFC ?

In Notify and Fitness there is an option for flash differents fonts. Flash "Font".
