There are "?" at the positions of our characters. With original Mili_wuhan.ft our characters are displayed correctly. But with this font all our accented letters are replaced by "?".

I Can't install this firmware via Amaztools. This firm is 1.3.0.0 for Miband NFC?

But with the firmware from #1 of this post, It only have chongqing firmware and AmazfitTools on IOS 11.3.1 can't install it.

Regarding translation I asked if you could add Romanian diacritics to the English firmware so that when I get notification I wont have ???? instead of them. I don't want the whole firmware translated to Romanian. Krill had made the custom English firmware like this and was perfect.
