Hey my mi band 3 stucked on main screen after i unpaired from mi fit.
What i can do with that ?

You need to pair with an application that can set display items. For example Notify & Fitness, GadgetBridge and others.

The bracelet must not be paired in Bluetooth settings of your phone settings, otherwise it will not be found in GadgetBridge. You removed Mi Band 3 from Bluetooth settings of your phone?

I had payerd mi band in mi fit and gadget bridge and i unpaired in mi band and deleted gadged bridge from phone because i wanted use them on iphone.

Remove the pairing in Bluetooth settings for your Mi Band 3 and pair your Mi Band 3 in GadgetBridge or Mi Fit, etc., then you need to set up the screen display.
