Use "Edit own firmware - Upload firmware". I tested it with FW version 2.4.0.32 / 1.8.0.34.

I think it need to add Mili_hankou.
It can't to modfily my mi band because it is a Mili_hankou mi band

And sorry my English is not very good(ˊ˙w˙ˋ)

I upload my Mili_hankou file and it always says:

I uploaded Mili_hankou.fw and then in fw edit I used Arabic as default language and then I choose to translate to Persian, but when I install the fw it does not work.
I also edit resource file version 49 and use Arabic as default lang and IR date for hankou fw but after install them nothing happened and date does not in IR and also language is not persian.

How can I use hankou fw with Persian language and Persian date with RTL language support??
