Also, by Play Store you mean Google Play Store ? There isn't Hey Plus Application in the Google Play Store.
I updated to Russian English firmware from 4pda but I then I flashed the firmware from @MagicalUnicorn and now i don't see any text under icons or in menus any idea how to fix this?

UPDATE: I managed to recover my Hey+ band after installing 4PDA version and then reflashing the original Chinese version, which resulted in no text on the band just icons.
I just uninstalled the Hey+ application and reset the band and after reinstalling the Hey+ application and pairing again with the band the hey+ application prompted me to update the resource and I went with the resource update (It took about 10 - 15 mins) and after the restart, my Hey+ Started to show everything properly. @MagicalUnicorn might be able to explain to us what exactly the application did by updating the resource.
The Hey+ SmartBand isn't produced by Xiaomi, but by Ryeex !
So, the Hey+ SmartBand works with Hey+ App, and not with Mi Fit like the Mi Band 3.

Yes, I used the reset option in the smart band ( couldn't see anything in the band but I knew it was the last option in the menu).
