Yes you must uninstall Official Mi Fit in first.

EDITED: So I installed the your modified 3.5.8, but the Band 3 (chinese ver) is now in english and the weather is in chinese (as it was). I have also installed Mi Band Tools apk which pushes the chinese band version to english, but except the weather. And the weather I would like to have in englich or czech. :-(
NOW I HAVE THE WEATHER IN CZECH. THANX A LOT!
