No.
In not released, there is Kongming Pro, Kongming Lite and York. This 3 versions are different. And for now only Pro have necessary code to work in Mi Fit.

No, so it will be deleted from the thread.

But Mi Band 5 and Amazfit Band 6 are really similar, Amazfit Band 6 is like an Mi Band 5 Global version ^^.

From York Firmware we have (Firsts Beta Firmwares), we can modify Resources using same way as Mi Band 4 and Font is same as Mi Band 4 (so same as Mi Band 5).

If you want Alexa and SpO2 sensor, is better wait and see what will be price than buy an Mi band 5 now ^^.

About separate thread for Amazfit Band 6, we are being think about it.

The Amazfit 6 according to its specifications (and this) will be using "pogo pin connection" for charging. any idea how would they implement this? the charging "case" method on the MB4 is so bad, I really hope they're not going to screw the charging here.

About charger, normally it will be same as Mi Band 5.

^^^ for some reason, I don't think it would be like the MB5 . I do think they're going to distinguish the charging style away from MB5 like it mentions in the article, otherwise it would mention in its specs about magnetic charging, not "pogo pins" - whatever that means

Pogo pins move in and out on a little spring just like a pogo stick hence the name..
