There is only one version, same firmware for Global and Chinese Mi Band 3. The only difference it's the CE write on Mi Band 3 Global.

I am running Mi Fit 3.4.9 but my Mi Band is still on Firmware 1.3.0.8 which was installed by Mi Fit some time ago. It is the last firwmare update I have received. I also did not got the 1.5.0.2 Firmware by Mi Fit. I also repaired the Mi Band already but nothing changed.

Any ideas why?

with last playstore of mi fit, version (3.5.0 for me), firmware update doesn't work. I'have an échec at 11% in all time . With your link to the 3.4.9, the firmware 1.6.0.16 update installing with sucess at the first try so tank's for your help !
