    there doesnt seem to be a easy way to fix this. you had toopen up the mi band 3 if you wanted to unbrick it and had to flash the bootloader again. you might have to do something similar for the mi band 4. if you mi band 4 ks still in warranty then maybe you can return kt and get it fixed...

    you werent su posed to edit the json file in the resourses. it causes brick. you can only edit json fil in watchfaces.

    I think they edited the font file and changed two characters which werent used by the firmware into two halves of the restart button. then they edited the firmware to make a translation and used it to place the icon.

    mi band 5 doesn't have this feature. the phone doesn't know if you have read the notification on the mi band. This is similar to how clearing the notification's on the mi band don't remove them from the phone.
