I downloaded from this page and from 4pda the file that I downloaded was a full update if the white screen appears the file name is (1.7.19_ENv10.5_full.zip)

Flash 1.7.19ENv10.5... wasn't good idea.
Try flash the latest Russian Firmware, you will recover all, normally.
I haven't solution for you for have again all texts and icons with English Custom Firmware :/.

I worked all this evening on French translations, and English translations need to be reviewed too .

Good news, you will can connect at the Application with an Email, Chinese phone number isn't required now .

Through the phone app you can go to the "Door card" app and follow the instructions. Basically it will ask you to scan your key fob with the band and it will try to "copy" the NFC id.

I am using this with my band and can access my building just with the Hey+

It's working fine for me. I have a tag with a adres. (you put the tag in the system with a number) for now I am the only who copied the tag. Others have tried it with their phone but no luck. 😋

I had the same problem.
I opened the hey app and made a Synchronisation. After this the time was correct.

I have the same problem. We had a local time change a couple of weeks ago. My phone changed automatically, but my band is now one hour off. I have tried unpair/pair, reset, synchronization, and I also updated the firmware. Still no change in the time.

Well I had no problem, maybe why I did the Chinese update and then I downloaded the English
