The Chinese telephone number is easy, go to this site: Receive SMS Online Service,Bulk Mobile number (Chinese,USA,UK and more) use for Phone verification
In the projectlist look for hey, that's the one.
It's not free, I paid 4 dollar . But it was done in 2 minutes. (a SMS cost about 13 cents, so for 4 dollar you can do it many times)

Install the "Hey Plus - Flash Firmware" and do the "Step 2".

if I have done it several times I give configuration-version firware, I turn off the bluetooth and I give update, then when it gives the error I put the file 1 in internal storage-android-data -com.ryeex.groot - cache-firmware and then there is only one folder called 107402 I open it and there is another one called 1.6.15, I open it and there are files equal to yours and I copy it, I go back to the app I turn on the bluetooth and I continue with the update, and when the bracelet it restarts and returns to give the error I give it to cancel and also I have tried giving it to continue, but it starts again ...

This must be user error. If you follow the guide it must be successful, i made it many times and with success. Read the guide again carefully and follow every point like described.

I have the same problem with the firmware. If somebody can make a video or slides what to do.

There isn't tutorial.

Also, if in Polish words/sentences are more long than English translations, it isn't possible to make a Polish Firmware, or with words/sentences cutted or not displayed entirely ^^. That why I only make English Firmware.

I am not having any luck getting the English firmware installed on the band. I've tried several times, and paid close attention to the instructions.
But the two sets of instructions above are different.
The first one says (Step 2: turn off Wifi and mobile). It does not say if or when to turn them back on.
The second one says (Step 2: turn off Bluetooth). Later it says to turn Bluetooth back on.
Is one of these sets of instructions incorrect?

Here is a step-by-step record of what I did:

(My WiFi is connected throughout this process)

1. Installed HeyPlus_1.1.1.2_Flash.apk
2. Opened HeyPlus App
3. (cancel update msg that appears when I open it)
4. Go to Settings > Firmware (brings up an Update button)
5. Turned off Bluetooth
6. Press Update in HeyPlus app
7. Fails instantly (Firmware transfer failed). I get Cancel / Retry options
8. Copied the "1" file into the directory
9. - Android/data/com.ryeex.groot/cache/firmware/127773/1.6.15
10. Turned on bluetooth
11. Waited a minute
12. Back in HeyPlus, pressed Retry
13. Phone starts Firmware upgrade (message says "downloading ...)
14. Band displays green button with arrow pointing up ... counts up % same as on phone)
15. After a while, band buzzes. Phone says "Upgrade failed"
16. I press "Cancel"
17. Band is still in Chinese.

(I tried again, with WiFi off, but that didn't work.)

SUCCESS !!!!
I don't know what I did differently, but I gave it one more try - and my band now speaks English !!
This is good, because my next option was to learn to read Chinese . I would LOVE to do that, but i think I'll stick with the solution i have

I have updated firmwaew in band , but some things ist chinese.
when someone calls.

Android/data/com.ryeex.groot/cache/firmware/XXXXXX/1.6.15
replace in folder file 1 from zip file


In file 1.6.15 is two file One is a 1 second is a 0 its correctl ?

★ Translation when you receive call is fixed.

Unecessary say me buttons aren't in English, it's pictures.

If you find sentences not translated say me
(and if you can join picture of the sentence in good quality is better )​

Yes only chinese cities. Not possible to change that for moment.
