I have 2 problem .
1.i have app in phone china(i see higher english version its translated super)
2.i have no chine number for app login and verification
what can I do now?

It's a .zip file, so you need uncompress it. Windows 7 -> Winrar / 7zip. Windows 10 and Linux can uncompress by default and with Smartphone there with some applications on PlayStore for unzip .
