Hi, have you tried putting your phone on English? Also make sure you gave Mi Fit the correct permissions. Go to settings → Apps → Mi Fit and then permissions and make sure everything is enabled. Also you can try to turn off caller ID and turn it back on in Mi Fit, most of the times, this helps.

Tried putting phone (and all apps) in english, gave Mi Fit all permissions and tried turning caller id on and off, but none of this worked.

so what's the problem exactly? Do you have call notification but no contact name or just no call notification in general?

I have call notification but no contact name with Mi Fit (enabled caller name in app) or call notification and three withe dots instead of name when using Mi Band Tools.

have you tried restarting your phone..? it solved the caller id problem for me after flashing custom firmware

Everything ran smoothly, but in the end she disconnected from Mi fit and trying to pair again I can not. In my band, the message "connect to the app to update"
Can you help me solve this problem?
